Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our client’s executive team at their headquarters in Cyprus. The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will play a critical role in shaping the company’s technology strategy, leading the development team, and ensuring that the technological aspects align with the company’s commercial and technological goals.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and implement a robust technical strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

·       Demonstrate extensive experience in software development, system architecture, and IT infrastructure.

·       Lead, mentor, and manage the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional development.

·       Identify and incorporate new technologies to enhance products, services, and operations.

·       Implement best practices in software development, testing, and deployment to ensure robustness, reliability, and comprehensive documentation of all technologies and systems.

·       Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

·       Ensure all technology solutions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

·       Implement robust security measures to protect company and user data.

·       Establish standards of performance and monitor conformance for staff through performance reviews.

·       Work closely with the stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the technology strategy aligns with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

·       Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar senior technology leadership role.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       Expertise in software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

·       Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading technology teams

·       Ability to monitor the platform architecture for scalability, security, and integration.

·       Knowledge of current trends and emerging technologies in the entertainment and technology sectors.
