We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading Family Entertainment Center (FEC) in London.

Our client operates a vibrant Family Entertainment Center located in London. The venue offers a wide range of attractions including adrenaline-filled rides, immersive VR experiences, arcade games, soft play areas, and a full-service restaurant. Designed for families, friends, and colleagues alike, the venue also features dedicated spaces for birthday parties, private hires, and a variety of group events.
The Role:
We are looking for a commercially minded and ambitious Events Sales Manager to lead and expand the events business. This pivotal position involves full ownership of the events sales strategy and its execution, covering everything from birthday parties and school trips to corporate bookings, tourist groups, and private hires.
As a key commercial leader, the Events Sales Manager will work closely with marketing and operations teams to drive demand, increase conversions, and ensure top-tier guest experiences that build long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and implement a results-driven sales strategy to grow revenue across all event types.
· Lead Generation: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to attract new clients.
· Proactive Selling: Conduct outbound sales, build strategic partnerships, and tap into new markets including families, schools, corporate groups, and event agencies.
· Diary Management: Own and optimize the events diary, strategically managing demand, pricing, and availability to maximize bookings.
· Event Planning & Delivery: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution and exceptional customer experiences that lead to repeat business and positive referrals.
Key Skills & Experience:
· Demonstrable success in B2C and/or B2B event sales within sectors like hospitality, entertainment, leisure, or retail.
· Commercially astute with experience in managing a sales pipeline from lead generation to close.
· Proven ability to design and execute successful sales and conversion strategies.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
